Job summary

ROM Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Orthopedic Account Management Specialist to act as the main liaison for physician offices and DME partners from a home-based US location.

You will ensure accurate order processing, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain strong customer service across the patient journey. Key duties include educating providers on ROMTech ordering workflows, managing documentation like LMNs, and resolving issues spanning orders, authorizations, and patient inquiries.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in account management or related client-facing role.
• Experience with healthcare or medical devices is preferred.
• Familiarity with patient management and revenue cycle workflows.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for physician offices and DME partners.
• Ensure orders have complete documentation, including LMNs.
• Educate offices on ROMTech processes and workflows.
• Manage escalations and billing-related inquiries.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and generate monthly reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
