Job summary

ROMTech is transforming rehabilitation with clinician-guided at-home rehab. The Orthopedic Account Management Specialist will be the primary contact for physician offices and DME partners in an assigned territory, ensuring accurate order processing and proactive issue resolution.

You will educate office staff on ROMTech processes, coordinate with internal teams, and support revenue cycle and documentation workflows to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in healthcare operations or medical devices is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for physician offices and DME partners.
• Ensure orders and LMNs are complete and accurate.
• Coordinate with DME partners to resolve documentation issues and discrepancies.
• Educate physician offices on ROMTech processes and workflows.
• Handle escalations related to intake, revenue cycle, and documentation.
