Valeris is seeking a Supervisor to lead a patient-facing support team focused on navigating the process to access complex medications. You will ensure accurate record handling, clear communication, and timely service in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years in healthcare or related field.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with claims processing and specialty drug products is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily program operations and service levels.
• Ensure adherence to contracted SLAs and client rules.
• Lead hiring, development and training of the team.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels each day.
• Coach direct reports on performance and SOPs.
• Collaborate with HR to plan talent pipelines for future needs.
• Provide timely reporting on adverse events or product issues.
• Uphold Valeris values in team activities.
• Ensure training deadlines for corporate policies are met.
• Handle additional tasks or projects as assigned.
