Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicates with customers via inbound and outbound calls and automated dialer systems
• Assesses customer needs for additional products/services
• Assesses customer compliance with physician orders
• Answers questions and educates customers about products/services
• Documents calls in a computerized records system
• Enters customer orders in a computerized system
• Verifies and updates demographic information in records
• Reads and analyzes patient orders
• Understands pharmacy prescription terminology
• Communicates effectively with coworkers and patients
• Helps train employees
• Calculates figures related to frequency and doses dispensed
• Follows oral and written instructions
