Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls for orders, product issues, service questions, order status and general concerns.
• Enter online orders into the system noting demographic changes and required times.
• Respond to patient/client questions and problems.
• Maintain professionalism across calls, emails, and other communications.
• Promote teamwork with CSRs, routers, and field operations.
• Work a flexible schedule, including weekends, on a rotating basis.
• Demonstrate timeliness, courtesy, sincerity, and patience with customers.
• Perform other duties as requested.
