Job summary

Northwestern Medicine seeks a Signature Services Clinician to support patient care across the program. You will take vitals, greet patients, and coordinate with hospital departments to ensure smooth patient flow throughout visits.

The role involves escorting patients, arranging meals, preparing rooms, and assisting with documentation and care coordination as needed. A strong clinical support background is valuable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Licensure options include LPN Illinois, EMT Illinois, CMA (AAMA), RMA (AMT), NCMA (NCCT), CCMA (NHA) or NRCMA (NAHP).
• BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Takes patient vitals and greets incoming patients.
• Acts as a liaison between the Program and other hospital departments/physician offices.
• Escort patients throughout the day to meet their needs and address deviations in schedule.
• Prepare rooms, order meals/snacks, and gather medical reports and billing statements as needed.
