Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires four-year degree or 4+ years related experience.
• HIV and medical knowledge is required.
• Ability to work with clients and physicians from diverse backgrounds with a non-judgmental attitude.
• Excellent customer service skills; able to multitask and use good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within a team to coordinate care for clients.
• Advocate for clients and maintain trust with clients beyond the provider role.
• Provide reliable information, referrals, and emotional support to clients and families.
• Participate in CQI activities and recommend strategies to improve quality of care.
• Follow HIPAA requirements and maintain confidentiality.
• Respond to inquiries in a timely, respectful manner.
