Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
• Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy.
• Communicate effectively with teams to ensure timely expedition of requests.
• Schedule patient appointments using EPM software with accuracy and two identifiers.
• Follow clinic templates for patient interactions and documentation.
• Verify patient demographics for each appointment.
• Assist in training opportunities to enhance knowledge.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
