Responsibilities

• Create a positive work environment and support clinician engagement.
• Provide strong customer service and manage patient needs and emotions.
• Coordinate with peers, clinicians, and patients to support care.
• Assist with prior authorizations, lab orders, and records requests.
• Facilitate telehealth access and troubleshoot patient portal issues.
• Triage urgent requests and escalate as needed.
