Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate medical care as a point of contact for patients and clinicians.
• Provide patient support and ensure quality customer service for in-person and remote patients.
• Assist with prior authorizations, lab orders, records requests and paperwork as needed.
• Triage urgent requests and route to appropriate departments.
