The role requires multitasking, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office and EMR systems. Located in Indianapolis, it involves travel within the site and coordination with healthcare staff.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required; associates/bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years in healthcare operations, customer service, or similar role.
• HIPAA knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive work environment and support clinician engagement.
• Provide strong customer service to patients and clinicians.
• Coordinate communication among patients, clinicians, and pharmacies.
• Manage patient telehealth access and portal issues.
• Assist in triage of urgent requests and referrals.
• Ensure accuracy of patient pharmacy information in the EHR.
