Job summary

Revere Health is seeking a patient-focused in-office telephone triage specialist to support gastroenterology and other departments. You will handle inbound calls, relay messages, and assist with clerical duties, acting as a liaison between patients, medical staff, and providers.

Responsibilities include triaging queries, documenting thoroughly in the EHR, and guiding callers through troubleshooting and portal navigation. The role requires strong communication and customer service skills.

• Help train new employees and cross-train for MA duties as needed.
