• Coordinate patient concerns with clinical leadership and scheduling.
• Serve as a resource for patients and families needing directions or information.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and programs to ensure compliance.
• Use software applications relevant to assigned duties.
• Attend department meetings and customer service trainings.
