Under supervision, you will verify medical necessity, manage data entry, and support billing while maintaining compassionate service.

• Knowledge of diagnosis and Medical terminology.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Answers incoming phone calls and faxes, takes customers’ orders for durable medical and respiratory equipment, repairs, supplies, and other miscellaneous items.
• Maintains open communication with patients/clients and referral sources.
• Responds to patient/client questions and problems.
• Verifies medical necessity with physician and insurance coverage details.
• Enters data and each order accurately in the system in a timely manner.
• Processes orders for shipping or dispatching and supports billing.
