Results Physiotherapy-AST, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking a Full Time Patient Care Coordinator in Clarksville, TN to support clinic growth through patient intake and front-office operations.

The PCC-I collaborates with the Clinic Director, handles schedules, insurance verifications, and daily processing. The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a commitment to excellent patient service, with full-time hours Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Communication skills – must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask, organizational detail, ability to meet deadlines, work with little to no supervision.
• As a member of a team, must possess efficient time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits.
• Customer Service.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Make all welcome calls with a focus on arrival rate.
