Job summary

Results Physiotherapy in Mont Belvieu, TX is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator I to support clinic growth through efficient patient intake and office procedures. You will work with the Clinic Director to ensure smooth daily operations and a welcoming front desk environment.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, can multitask across software, handle scheduling and insurance verification, and provide excellent customer service during a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Communication skills – must relate well to Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask, organizational detail, ability to meet deadlines, work with little to no supervision.
• As a member of a team, must possess efficient time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Core responsibilities: Collect all money due at time of service, Convert referrals into evaluations, Schedule patient visits, Customer Service.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Make all welcome calls and monitor arrival rate to improve patient experience.
• Practice Management: Manage schedule efficiently, Document routing, Personal overtime, Non-clinical documentation, Deposits, Caseload, progress notes, insurance reporting, Inventory.
• Training: Attend required training and complete quarterly compliance training.
