You will handle front-desk duties, coordinate scheduling, manage insurance processes, and support telehealth services in a fast-paced clinic environment. A CPR certification and EMR familiarity are desirable as you contribute to a patient-centered team.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in medical office settings and familiarity with EMR systems.
• Effective communication and client-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain.

Aufgaben

• Greet and check clients in, ensuring a friendly and professional experience.
• Handle phone calls and maintain effective communication.
• Manage insurance processes with attention to detail for smooth client experiences.
• Provide administrative support including scheduling and records maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Support telehealth services and digital access for clients.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team to uphold excellence.
• Potentially train in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and assist in training new staff.
