Job summary

• Update patient demographics and collect co-pays for visits.
• Ensure accurate entry of patient information into medical records.
• Assist with patient flow and coordinate check-in/out processes.
• Provide patient care activities and maintain HIPAA-compliant handling of PHI.
• Respond to tasks in Epic and communicate patient balances and insurance data.
