Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a medical office or billing preferred.
• Excellent keyboard skills and proficiency with Windows and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Greets and communicates with patients in person or by phone in a courteous manner.
• Answers phones timely using appropriate scripting and directs calls to staff.
• Schedules patient appointments per department protocols to maximize productivity.
• Supports front desk tasks like patient registration, insurance verification and copay collection.
