Job summary

Fast Pace Health is seeking a Patient Care Specialist to provide administrative support in a clinical setting. You will greet and register patients, handle insurance details, and maintain accurate medical records while delivering compassionate customer service.

This role requires strong front-office skills, familiarity with MS Outlook and Word, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A CPR certification and HS diploma are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with CPR license and 1 year customer experience.
• Level 2/3 require 3 years in billing and coding and intermediate computer skills (typing 70-100 wpm, MS Office).
• Experience with MS Outlook and Word is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and discharge patients with high-level customer service.
• Input patient demographics and financial information at registration.
• Verify and update insurance information during registration.
• Coordinate medical records with primary care providers for continuity of care.
• Cross-train on back-office duties as needed.
