The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and the ability to manage non-clinical documentation while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with business office and field leadership.
• Ability to multitask and manage details with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Schedule patient visits and convert referrals into evaluations.
• Verify insurance coverage for patients.
• Collect patient payments.
• Maintain an orderly front office workspace.
