Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via inbound and outbound calls and outbound calls generated by automated dialer system
• Assess customer needs for additional products/services
• Assess customer compliance with physician orders
• Answer questions and provide education regarding products/services
• Document calls in computerized record keeping system
• Enter customer orders in computerized system
• Verify and update demographic information in records
• Read and analyze documents such as patient orders
• Understand pharmacy prescription terminology
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and patients
• Assist with training of employees
• Calculate figures and amounts related to frequency and doses dispensed
• Follow oral and written instructions
