Job summary

Sonrava Health is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to be the friendly first contact for patients, coordinating treatment services and cultivating lasting relationships. The PCC will greet patients, introduce them to our office, and explain treatment options, insurance coverage, and payment plans to ensure a welcoming experience.

Ideal candidates possess strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and comfort with dental software; healthcare background is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years in customer service or sales, ideally in healthcare or dental setting.
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Denticon or Dentrix.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail in handling patient records and financial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients in a timely, professional and engaging manner.
• Maintain a productive daily schedule and schedule future appointments with patients and dental staff.
• Provide patient consultations and communicate information about treatments, cost of service, insurance coverage and payment options.
• Contact patients to follow up on visits and build lasting patient relationships.
• Ensure compliance with health, privacy, and safety regulations.
• Travel as needed for training and to perform job functions.
