SERC Physical Therapy in Gardner, KS is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator I to join our team. This entry-level role supports clinic growth by handling patient intake and front-office duties under supervision of the Clinic Director.

You will deliver friendly service and help manage referrals, scheduling, and insurance verification. As a PCC-I, you’ll learn multiple office programs, maintain an inviting front desk, collect payments, and support non-clinical processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Communication skills – must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask, organizational detail, ability to meet deadlines, work with little to no supervision.
• As a member of a team, must possess efficient time management and presentation skills.
