This entry-level role supports clinic growth by handling patient intake, scheduling, insurance verification, and front-office tasks with a focus on friendly, efficient service.

You will collaborate with the Clinic Director to maintain smooth daily operations, greet patients, collect payments, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Strong presentation and organizational skills.
• Work well in a collaborative clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Make welcome calls and improve arrival rates.
• Manage clinic schedule, documents, overtime, and non-clinical tasks.
• Monitor inventory and participate in training.
