Job summary

SERC Physical Therapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our Fayetteville clinic. The PCC-I will support clinic growth and manage patient intake with the Clinic Director to ensure efficient procedures and a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, scheduling referrals, verifying insurance, collecting payments, and maintaining front-office operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, maintain organization, meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Team-oriented with time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations and schedule patient visits.
• Provide excellent customer service and create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Manage non-clinical documentation and deposits.
• Monitor arrival rate and overall patient experience.
