Job summary

Lifetime Vision 20/20 in Jamestown, ND is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator I to serve as the friendly front desk heartbeat. You’ll manage check-in/check-out, assist with scheduling, and answer patient questions with warmth and professionalism.

The role offers an hourly rate of $16-18, a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, and benefits such as medical, vision, dental, PTO and a 401k with match.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience (healthcare or optical experience is a bonus)
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
• Comfortable with computers and quick to learn new systems
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Be the welcoming voice on the phone, helping patients with scheduling and questions
• Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
• Keep front desk operations running smoothly
• Support patient flow with strong multitasking and time management skills
