Lifetime Vision 20/20 in Jamestown, ND is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator I to be the welcoming heartbeat at the front desk. You’ll manage check-ins, schedule appointments, and answer questions, ensuring a seamless patient experience from arrival to checkout.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of customer service, excellent communication, comfort with computers, and a team-oriented mindset. Training is provided and there is a Monday–Friday schedule with weekends off, plus competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience (healthcare or optical experience is a bonus).
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Comfortable with computers and quick to learn new systems.
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong organizational skills.
