Advanced Family Eye Care, part of TeamVision under EssilorLuxottica, seeks an organized office coordinator to support doctors, visitors, and patients. You will schedule appointments, manage patient flow, and help maintain a positive patient experience in a fast-paced optical practice.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of office experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong customer service skills (internal and external).
• Strong communicator and listener.
• Problem solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients without delay.
• Promptly answers the telephone in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Schedules appointments in person or by phone to optimize patient flow.
• Keeps patient appointments on schedule and notifies providers of delays.
• Records and updates financial information, collects charges and processes third-party claims.
• Maintains office inventory and equipment and coordinates supplies with the Practice Manager.
• Protects patient privacy in accordance with HIPAA.
• Ensures all office systems are maintained and the environment is safe.
• Adheres to attendance and dress code and supports team tasks as needed.
