CareNow Urgent Care Clinic in Brentwood, TN seeks a Patient Care Representative to deliver compassionate, patient-centered service. You will support front-desk operations, verify insurance, and help patients complete enrollment and paperwork.

The role requires strong customer service, the ability to use multiple computer programs, and BLS certification within 30 days. Flexible hours and teamwork are essential to meet our clinic schedule.

Qualifications

• 1 year of clinical experience in a patient care setting is preferred
• Obtain BLS certification within 30 days of start required
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work with multiple computer programs

Responsibilities

• Check-in patients in a timely manner and follow Web Check-in procedures
• Answer clinic phone calls and route questions as needed
• Verify insurance timely and accurately
• Follow the occupational client’s preference card and procedures
• Review patient paperwork for completeness and collect insurance/demographic information
• Complete Daily Balance Checklist after each shift with all payments documented
