Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Front-desk, reception, or customer-service experience preferred.
• Comfort with basic computer systems and scheduling software.
• Warm, organized, detail-oriented approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in clients with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage phones, scheduling, and appointment coordination.
• Complete client registration and insurance verification.
• Coordinate closely with clinical teams on scheduling needs.
• Complete specialized training in trauma-informed care, recovery-oriented principles, and client support — provided by us, at no cost to you.
