Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and serve as the primary contact for patient interactions.
• Coordinate front desk operations and support patient flow across care teams.
• Verify insurance eligibility and enter patient data in EMR accurately.
• Support schedule optimization and handle cancellations, reschedules, and reminders.
• Assist in maintaining patient charts, documentation, and charges in EMR.
• Communicate wait times and next steps to patients to maintain a positive experience.
• Collaborate with clinical and optical teams for smooth transitions during visits.
• Support patient retention through recalls, reminders, and follow-up.
