The PCC-I supports the Clinic Director to drive efficient patient intake, scheduling, and financial processes while upholding Upstream Rehabilitation’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication with Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask and manage time with little supervision.
• Team player with efficient time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and create a welcoming clinic atmosphere.
• Schedule referrals and patient visits; convert referrals into evaluations.
• Verify insurance coverage for patients and collect payments.
• Maintain an organized front office and manage non-clinical documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
