Drayer Physical Therapy is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator for our Lemoyne, PA clinic. The PCC-I will support clinic growth through effective practice management and patient intake, collaborating with the Clinic Director to ensure efficient processes and excellent patient experiences.

The role emphasizes front-desk operations, scheduling, insurance verification, and cash collection, with duties expanding to deposits, documentation routing, and compliance training as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Team orientation with professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Create inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Make welcome calls and monitor arrivals.
• Manage schedule efficiently, document routing, deposits, caseload and insurance reporting.
