Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and register patients for visits.
• Answer incoming calls and perform clerical tasks.
• Support cashiering and front-office operations.
• Promote MyChart enrollment for patient engagement.
• Assist patients with care navigation and preventive care reminders.
