Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Basic proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and register patients at the front desk.
• Answer incoming calls and perform clerical tasks.
• Promote MyChart enrollment and support value-based care messaging.
• Identify overdue preventive care and re-engage patients.
