Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of computer proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• 1+ years of customer service or healthcare experience.
• Ability to work the listed schedule.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide necessary guidance in person and over the phone.
• Verify patient information and insurance details.
• Perform insurance verification on the date of service.
• Schedule and coordinate all patient appointments as directed.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the work area.
• Follow policies and procedures and support a team-based environment.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and HIPAA compliant care.
