Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; ability to work with basic software tools.
• Experience in customer service or healthcare settings preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word; good data entry skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and callers, provide information and direction.
• Verify insurance and collect necessary patient information.
• Schedule appointments and maintain organized records.
• Prepare documentation for patient care and follow procedures.
• Support Lean processes and quality customer service standards.
• Cover other offices as needed and work in a team-based environment.
