Zusammenfassung

Healthy Connections is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator (Medical Receptionist) for the Hot Springs Village clinic. You will greet patients, gather payment information, schedule appointments, and prep charts for visits.

You’ll also handle billing steps, faxing, scanning, and assist with fees during appointments. Ideal candidates have at least two years in a medical office, strong organizational and customer service skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Qualifikationen

• Two years of experience in a medical office.
• High school education (or equivalent) required.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and network systems.
• Excellent organizational and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel to various locations and meetings.
• Problem-solving and prioritization skills.

Healthy Connections Community Health Network is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator (Medical Receptionist) to join our Hot Springs Village Team.

The Role

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll be an integral part of our medical office crew. Your responsibilities will involve handling crucial clerical tasks that ensure patients are prepared for their visits, payment arrangements are in place, and reappointments are scheduled when needed. From answering calls and making appointments to managing electronic charts, gathering accurate payment info, faxing, scanning, and handling fees during appointments – you’ll keep things running smoothly.

Qualifications for This Position

• High school education
• Two years of experience in a medical office
• Preferred/not required bilingual (Spanish) skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and network systems
