Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answers phones and assesses patient needs.
• Schedules appointments; 100-125 patients/day.
• Works with clinical staff.
• Maintains insurance and demographics data.
• Provides appointment details and directions.
• Orders entry per MD.
• Submits pre-authorization tasks.
• Provides coverage for coworkers.
• Delivers compassionate customer service.
• Manages faxes and document scans.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
