You will engage with patients, handle calls, manage scheduling, verify insurance information, and maintain HIPAA standards in a fast-paced retail clinic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 1–2 years in customer service, administrative, or healthcare-related role.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients with high service standards.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls (50–75 per day).
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
