You will collaborate with the Clinic Director to ensure efficient procedures and exceptional patient experiences.

The role emphasizes scheduling, insurance verification, cash collection, and smooth handling of referrals, with full-time hours and benefits available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, organized and meet deadlines, work with minimal supervision.
• Strong time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits.
• Provide customer service and welcome patients.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Make welcome calls and manage arrival rates with a great patient experience.
• Manage schedule, document routing, overtime, non-clinical documentation, deposits, caseload and insurance reporting.
• Monitor clinic inventory.
• Attend required trainings and compliance sessions.
