Job summary

Ivy Rehab for Kids in Wexford, PA is seeking a Patient Coordinator to greet patients, schedule appointments, verify insurance, collect payments, and support clinic performance. You will work closely with clinicians to deliver exceptional patient experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent time management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a drive to exceed patient expectations.
• Adaptable with fluctuating workloads and a positive attitude.
• Eagerness to learn and grow while delivering quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients.
• Schedule appointments and answer incoming calls.
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain authorizations as needed.
• Collect payments and process new patient intake.
