Job summary

Drayer Physical Therapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our Lemoyne, PA team. This is an entry-level office role focused on smooth daily clinic operations and exceptional patient service.

The PCC-I collaborates with the Clinic Director to drive efficient workflows, patient intake, and compliance with company mission and values. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Communication skills - must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask, organizational detail, ability to meet deadlines, work with little to no supervision.
• As a member of a team, must possess efficient time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits.
• Provide customer service.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Make welcome calls and monitor arrival rate.
• Manage schedule, document routing, overtime, non-clinical documentation, deposits, and insurance reporting.
• Monitor clinic inventory.
• Attend required training and quarterly compliance training.
