HearingLife in the United States is seeking a friendly Patient Care Coordinator to be the face of our retail clinics. You will deliver a welcoming patient experience, support clinic operations, and contribute to achieving revenue goals by attracting new patients.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and multitasking in a fast-paced healthcare environment, with hands-on use of scheduling software and EMR systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for patient-facing roles.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide exceptional customer service.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls (50-75 per day).
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Verify and collect medical insurance information.
• Maintain inventory and ordering of office supplies.
