The PCC-I will collaborate with the Clinic Director to ensure efficient procedures, accurate documentation, and a positive patient experience, with opportunities for growth within Upstream Rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and coordinate front desk activities.
• Schedule referrals and patient appointments.
• Verify insurance coverage for patients.
• Maintain organized front office and documentation.
