Results Physiotherapy/AST in McMinnville, TN is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to support clinic operations and patient intake. This entry-level role focuses on welcoming patients, scheduling referrals, verifying insurance, and processing payments to keep the front desk organized and efficient.

You will multitask across computer systems, deliver excellent customer service, and contribute to a positive clinic atmosphere while supporting the Clinic Director in daily procedures and compliance

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Communication skills – must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask, organizational detail, ability to meet deadlines, work with little to no supervision.
• As a member of a team, must possess efficient time management and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits.
• Customer Service.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Make all welcome calls; monitor and influence arrival rate through a great customer experience.
• Manage schedule efficiently.
• Manage document routing.
• Manage personal overtime.
• Manage non-clinical documentation.
• Manage deposits.
• Manage caseload, D/C candidate, progress note, and insurance reporting.
• Monitor clinic inventory.
