Results Physiotherapy/AST, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our Lebanon, TN clinic. This entry-level office role supports clinic growth by managing patient intake, front-desk duties, and efficient clinic procedures in collaboration with the Clinic Director.

The PCC-I will greet patients, schedule referrals, verify insurance, collect payments, and maintain an organized front office while delivering excellent customer service and completing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills to relate with Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines with little supervision.
• Team player with efficient time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Make welcome calls and monitor arrival rate to improve patient experience.
• Manage schedule, document routing, overtime, non-clinical documentation, deposits and insurance reporting.
• Attend required training.
