BenchMark Physical Therapy in Tega Cay, SC is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator I to support front-office operations and patient intake. You will greet patients, verify insurance, schedule visits, and help convert referrals into evaluations while delivering friendly customer service.

As a PCC-I you’ll collaborate with the Clinic Director to maintain efficient daily procedures, manage documents, deposits, and non-clinical tasks, and participate in required training and compliance activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
