Doctors of Physical Therapy in Chetek, WI is hiring a full-time Patient Care Coordinator for the front desk. Responsibilities include communicating with patients, reviewing charts, collecting copays, and providing scheduling support to clinicians and staff.

Ideal candidates will possess strong interpersonal and customer service skills, be a self-starter, and enjoy working in a team-based outpatient rehabilitation setting. Start date anticipated 10/12/2026.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills emphasized.
• Ability to communicate clearly with patients, families and staff.
• Strong organizational abilities to support front desk operations.
• Familiarity with outpatient rehabilitation and medical terminology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate patients, families, team members, clinicians and all departments.
• Provide detailed instructions to patients for their visits.
• Review and evaluate patient charts for data entry accuracy.
• Collaborate to ensure timely calls to patients and referral sources.
• Familiarity with Outpatient Rehabilitation/Medical services and medical terminology.
• Perform scanning, faxing and other clerical duties.
• Collect copays and patient balances.
• Provide patient care assistance as needed
• Maintain strong organizational skills

Doctors of Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Patient Care Coordinator for our Chetek clinic. Ideal candidate will be seeking longevity with a growing company, be a self-starter, should possess excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills, this is important in order to build relationships with patients and the community in order to provide a welcoming environment. We anticipate a starting date of 10/12/2026.

Responsibilities include:

• Effectively communicate patients, families, team members, clinicians and all departments.
• Provides detailed instructions to patients for their visits.
• Reviews and evaluates patient charts for data entry accuracy.
• Work as a team to ensure we have an efficient working environment to ensure that calls are made timely to patients and referral sources.
• Familiarity with Outpatient Rehabilitation/Medical services and medical terminology.

Must be available to work Monday through Friday and potentially a few very early evenings.
